Orders and Contract
Your order for goods is accepted and a contract is formed between Beewise and you when we despatch the goods you have ordered and not before. A contract is not formed at the point in time that payment has been taken from you by Beewise, nor at the point in time that you receive an email from Beewise acknowledging receipt of your order. Until the goods are despatched the order may not be accepted by Beewise, or may be cancelled by you. Exceptions apply to orders for personalised items and goods made to your order which cannot be cancelled by you once you have received an email confirmation that your order has been received. Items, such as commissions can not be returned without our express permission as these items will have been created specifically for you. Prior to despatch you will be given an opportunity to make changes to your commission via email confirmation, but once this item has been despatched it is no longer eligible for return.
Payment is taken at the time of placing an order. No goods shall be supplied without payment.
Goods shall be delivered by a carrier of the company's choosing. Carriage will be at cost to the customer and forms part of the invoice.
Beewise aim to dispatch goods within 2 working days. Customers in the UK, please allow 3 working days to report to Car & Kitchen any outstanding orders, 7 working days for Europe, 10 working days for rest of the World.
The customer has to accept the goods when they are ready for delivery.
Delivery is deemed to take place when the goods are delivered to the Customer’s nominated address, whereupon the risk of loss, breakage and all damage and all other risks shall pass to the Customer.
Claims arising from damage delay or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing to The company within seven working days of delivery. Please contact us via email to email@example.com.
The company shall be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made hereunder, and the customer shall, if so requested in writing or verbally by the company promptly return any of the goods subject to any claim and any packing materials securely packaged and return them to the company for examination.
Beewsie makes every effort to supply the goods as advertised but reserves the right to supply the goods subject to minor variations in actual dimensions and specifications.
If Beewise cannot supply the goods ordered by the Customer, we reserve the right to offer goods of equal or superior quality at no extra cost. In such a case, if the Customer does not wish to accept the alternative goods offered, he or she may cancel the order and require the refund of any money paid to Beewise in respect of that order. This shall be the sole remedy of the Customer in these circumstances.
If the customer establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered, or have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, the company shall at its option, replace them with similar goods, or allow the customer credit for their invoice value.
If the customer establishes that any of the goods are defective the company shall, at its option replace them with similar goods or allow the customer credit for their invoice value.
In no circumstances shall the liability of the company to the customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.
Errors and Omissions
Beewise makes every effort to ensure that all prices and descriptions quoted on its website are correct and accurate. However, mistakes may occasionally occur. In the case of a manifest error or omission, Beewise will be entitled to rescind the contract, notwithstanding that it has already accepted the Customer’s order and/or received payment from the Customer. Beewise’s liability in that event will be limited to the return of any money the Customer has paid in respect of the order. In the case of an error in relation to price, the Customer will be entitled to purchase the goods by paying the difference between the quoted price and the correct price, as confirmed in writing by Beewise after the error has been discovered.
